Shipping & Returns
We do ship Worldwide and charge a fixed shipping fee per order, regardless of quantity or destination country.
There are two shipping options currently available:
Standard International Registered Mail: €5.99 (aprox. $7.50 USD)
US/Canada: 6-12 business days
UK/Mainland Europe: 5-10 business days
Australia/New Zealand: 8-14 business days
Rest of the World: 10-20 business days
Express International Mail (EMS): €26.95 (aprox. $29.99 USD)
US/Canada: 3-5 business days
UK/Mainland Europe: 2-4 business days
Australia/New Zealand: 3-5 business days
Rest of the World: 4-7 business days
Please note that delivery times depend on the courier of your choice and as postal services do not guarantee specifc postal delivery dates, the shipping times shown above are based on average times and are shown for indicative purposes only. Furthermore, delivery dates estimates do not include any delays imposed by customs in your country of residence. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Dispatch times for each product are shown on its respective page. Dispatch days are Monday-Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders received before 12pm are usually dispatched on the same day. Order receiveds after 12pm are dispatched next working day. This does not include custom ordered products.
Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and depend on your country of residence.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs, if any, will be prior to buying.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are sealed and in their original condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns received after the 30 days period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
